Client Requirements
The project consisted of the refurbishment of a former cold store building into a dedicated learning centre on renewable energies for Newcastle College.
The contract was tendered on a design and build basis with Armstrong Rhead Limited. being commissioned to prepare Mechanical & Electrical Services performance specifications and outline drawings for tender purposes with a post contract appointment to ensure compliance to the specification by the design and build contractor.

We were appointed by the Client to undertake the detailed design of the mechanical and electrical services.
