Project: The Briar Dene Pub
Value: £2,200,000
Programme: 2016 – 2017
Client Requirements
The existing pub underwent a large scale modernisation, refurbishment and extension.

Armstrong Rhead formed part of a multi discipline design team to deliver this project for the client for RIBA stages 1 to 7 inclusive.
The development incorporated a large commercial catering kitchen and a fish shop to service the building.
